To create zombie it require : Nano-robots.

I just have to programe it so it's gonna directly control the nerve of someone (even his brain but it can't for now because the voltage of the brain would make the nano-robot unable to function ( I'm still on beta version). There would be actually a difference between the zombie you saw in tv and on the ''big screen''. They have the same weakness as a human would , you could kill them by shouting thier brain or hearth. Even shouting somewhere else would be efficient until they ran out of blood and eventually die. The spreading factor would be the same , he bit you , his nano-robot in his mouth would infect you. but scracthing would not work because it is not in liquid. His blood could infect you too. The nano-robot can reproduce , I just have to program them so it would make his host eat minerals and normal food and water to make the nano-robot spread into his host ( that why there would be some in his blood). Even if it's infected , it would still need colories to live. It's not not exactly a zombie, the host is not dead but I can program the nano-robot so the host would act as a zombie like you saw in a movie , but those would not be efficiant. I would instead program them so they try to be out of your fire range , they would be able to climb ladder , open door , make traps (like a hole) , jumps operating our basic technologies. They would know how to fire a guns but they would not enough intelligent to make weapons (Because it require a higher intelligence). E.M.P would be great against those zombie into this scenario. They would not be able to drive or pilot complexe vehicule such as car or plane because the nano-robot have to restrain the brain to control it. So those zombie would be enable to use logic but could speak and say : ''you will die tonight !'' they can still use some psychologie to unfluence to traps ,they can still use some basic transportation such as elevator and metro. If they are not able to open something , they will try to break it to enter ( like a locked door or an object that block thier path ). Anyways , this biotechnology mixed with this nano-technology would be a waste of my time because I have greater project that wouldn't hurt humankind such as bioregeneration for a longer life , I use it for myself first Because if I give it to everyone , the population would grow up too fast.

Edit: The zombie as I speak to you would act likely as Left 4 Dead zombies.
